Refunds, plainly

The face tools on this site are free. The only thing we sell is the Full Face Report, a one-time purchase of $12.99. There is no subscription. Payment is handled by Creem, our merchant of record, which sends the receipt and returns the money.

When you get your money back

Ask within 14 days of buying, and we refund the full price if:

• —the report never arrived, or its page says it could not be finished;
• —we could not write it, because the photo was not a clear photo of one adult's face;
• —you were charged more than once for the same report;
• —the report is clearly wrong about your photo, for example it describes features your photo does not show.

Changing your mind

The report is written for your photo and delivered within minutes, so we do not normally refund a report that arrived and works as described. If something still feels wrong, write to us anyway. We read every email. This does not affect your rights under consumer law.

How to ask

Email support@faceshapetest.app with the order number from your Creem receipt, or the email address you paid with. We usually reply within two business days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with; banks often take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Once a refund is issued, the report link stops opening the report.
